- Automatic oblique Arm barrel type plating equipment, suitable for small precision & uniformity plating layer requirements, such as：
capacitors, terminals, semiconductors, CAP,, CHIP …. The software planning with multi-functional features achieved by advanced developed computer monitoring & PLC control system , such as: item number management system, alarm system, reporting system, power protection system and the password input system etc.. - Its 2 sides one-piece design is beyond the traditional structure design concept. It consists of 4 pcs and all joints are tenon reinforcement,with higher strength, no cracks and crash resistant.
- Drum with the octagonal cone shape with features of workpiece inside rolling smoothly, even current density distribution, no dead corners, no danger of workpieces clamped, large capacity and excelent plating efficiency etc..
- The drum & base are formed by one-piece PP high tension mesh, with high water permeability.
- The drum pick and put mechanism is completely improved to avoid drawback of the traditional PIN-type being hard to pick & put, achieving the quality goal of no blind spots & no danger of drum drop.
