Automatic single arm type barrel plating equipment
- Applicable to the products of small sizes, sophisticated shapes and high plating layer uniformity requirements, with needs of electroplating & manufacturing process integration,such as passive components integrated layer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), chip resistors (CHIP-R), chip capacitor (CHIP-C), multilayer ceramic inductors (MLCI), base metal electrode (BME), the low-temperature co-fired ceramic technology (LTCC), integrated passive component modules (IPC), terminals and other small products.
- The design is based on the safe, stable, non-stop ultra-high-quality concept principles, and with single-arm design to emphasize the easy operation, management & space-saving.
- Single arm crane：Safety lightweight & mute. To avoid opearation overlapping, and to perform up-down moving dripping function by adopting photoelectric sensors,and when power failure, it could be switched to manual operation immediately, to avoid resulting in the plating material scrapped.
- Roof type exhaust hood design does not occupy much space of the tank upper space, and to avoid the chemicals liquid dropping into neighbouring tanks.
- All electrodes bare copper parts are coated with insulation corrosion protection, easily assembly and dismentling.
