1)GWCUAOB001 is a water soluble copper antioxidant. Preventing the oxidization of chemical plated copper, electrical plated copper, or other surface of copper & copper alloy.
2)GWCUAOB001 formed protective film is colorless and transparent, and can greatly improve the copper corrosion protection capability of the copper surface.
3)GWCUAOB001 is chromate-free, and therefore it does not pollute the environment and with low cost.
4)GWCUAOB001 can also be applied in the last rinse process of copper plating to keep fresh copper color from being oxidized.
It is no need to do rinse after GWCUAOB001 treatment.
5)GWCUAOB001 formed protective film can be washed away by acidic or alkaline degreasing agent.
In general situation, it can be thoroughly cleaned out by degreasing washing and acidic washing thereafter.
6)After removing the protective film of the GWCUAOB001, it can then be processed with subsequent electroplating operation.
